Mkay, first things first.. I GOT BULLY! YAAAAY! I'M SO HAPPY! :D I was pretty sure it was all gonna be rented out *cue sing-song voice* but I got the last one nah nah nah nah naaaaaah nah!
Its been a while since I checked in. And by a while I mean a WHILE. A very long while. So here it goes:
I don't know if you know, but around this time of year my crazed obsessive compulsive side tends to come out in the form of popular singing/talent competitions, and without fail, this year is no exception. American Idol has arrived! Call me a loser as you secretly flick through youtube whatever, but I can't help it.. its my sickness.. And I love it! Now, everyone loves David Archuleta but this week he sucked unholy ass so lets not waste any time on him. Mkay, top 3.. for me.. HA! That rhymes :P
As usual my little Irish pride "SMASHED IT!" Usual.
This one surprised me. I didn't think I'd like it when they first announced it coz its one of my favourite Beatles songs, but I must admit it's pretty damn good. He made the Beatles sound like My Chemical Romance.. interesting.. ignore the talky shit at the start, go to 1.30ish
PS. Mwiko, is it just me or does he look really like Duncan from Blue?
And finally, the dark horse that everyone dismisses, The Overmyer. Now I've liked her from the start, but the last two weeks shes really stepped up her game. You may not be able to understand what the woman says, but who cares when she rocks like that!

I agree ... David Archuleta's song was horrible! I did some youtube searching and I friggin found clips of him from when he was 8 or 9. No wonder his vocal chords blew out. In all those clips, he's singing like Whitney Houston and shit.
oh, and I like that Brooke White girl ... I think that's her name. Some of those girls all look the same to me. I haven't really been able to tell them apart yet. LOL.

Anyhoo... Hrrm. At first I thought you must have been serously squinting when you said he looked like Dunc.. but when he's actually singing instead of talking about a B+ effort, he does kinda look a bit like him.. ish.
Not that I have spent any amount of time studying the facial features of Duncan from blue..
Biz: I like the 'Thousand Miles' video, his voice really suits that song. The star search stuff when he was really young was a bit meeh.. good for a wee boy, but still a bit meeh. I like Brooke aswell.. Her song this week wasn't as good as her usual but I like the mild husk she has in her voice. I think everyone likes her tho.. you can't not with that face.
